Amick Brown is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for our direct client.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months

Estimated pay range: $44.44- $55.55hour per client contract and candidate skills, experience and work location.

Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • IT Applications project execution coordination for timely completion
  • Supporting coordination of SAP Basis and upgrade related activities, Infrastructure and development tasks
  • Smartsheet basic administration such as updating, user support of using basic function, providing access etc.
  • Provide support to ensure projects have required documents in order to mobilize projects
  • Monitor and report Project Status reports, including risks, issues, decisions etc for proper escalations
  • Coordinate and schedule design reviews, phase gates, checklists, etc.
  • Assist Project Manager in tracking Project Blueprint, Build, Test, cutover activities by assisting in update/ sync of Project artifacts using Box, Smartsheet, Jira, etc
  • Assist Project/ Portfolio Managers in scheduling meetings and provide meeting minutes, meeting recording and follow up with action items with cross-functional groups
  • Assist Project Manager in coordinating the updates to Weekly Stat Metrics reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related to Project Management experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PPT)
  • Familiarity of Smartsheet use as a super user and preferably basic administartion
  • Proactive problem solver and can-do attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload with competing priorities
  • Passion to learn new tools and project management processes
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
