Description

  • Evaluate, develop and implement low-code tools to automate workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze performance and roll out improvements.
  • Gather stakeholder needs and turn them into clear application requirements.
  • Manage the tech-stack roadmap from kickoff to decommission, write user guides, train users and integrate third-party platforms.
  • Embed software standards and compliance, partnering with Legal, Compliance and Technology to meet firm controls and drive adoption across the department.
  • Track progress, flags risks and gives stakeholders clear updates.
  • Research new tools to keep the tech stack ahead of the curve and adapts methods from agile to waterfall to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Will be expected to be comfortable with AI considerations.


Requirements

  • Proven expertise in developing and managing low-code tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software compliance standards and ability to embed them into solutions.
  • Experience in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to train and support users effectively.
  • Knowledge of AI considerations and ability to integrate them into workflows.
  • Background in B2B marketing, sales strategy, or brand marketing is a plus.
