Immediate need for a talented Python Developer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mount Laurel NJ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Top 3 skills: Python, MySQL, Network Protocols
  • Solid working knowledge of Python & MySQL
  • Working knowledge of basic graph algorithms like Dijkstra, Breadth First Search, Depth First Search, A*
  • Good knowledge of Linux environments to be able to independently run scripts
  • Understanding of how transport network and routing network work together
  • Basic understanding of routing protocols specifically BGP + IGP (OSPF or ISIS)
  • Prior working experience with network modeling tools like Cisco WAE, Cariden MATE, WANDL, Packetdesign, Network X is a bonus
