Compensation
Pay Range:$36.75-$52.50 per hour
Description
Enable teams to enhance customer experience and increase customer counts through new products and services.
Provide operational support, quality assurance, and process improvement across multiple functions.
Liaise with IT, Marketing, Call Center, and Operations for various market segments.
Effectively solve problems and address issues across multiple functional groups.
Develop deep subject matter expertise in essential operational tools as necessary.
Evaluate and improve existing operational processes to ensure appropriate controls.
Facilitate team discussions to develop timelines for campaigns and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Work across multiple processes and systems to become a subject matter expert.
Deliver expected and timely outcomes.
Monitor operational metrics and respond to ensure superior performance.
Deliver status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals.
Identify and resolve issues by diagnosing root causes and implementing solutions.
Design and manage robust processes and database solutions for new activities.
Design, implement, and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts for new capabilities.
Qualifications
7 years of related experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting.
Experience leading cross-functional team projects from requirements to implementation.
6 months to 2 years of professional experience in the energy market.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
