Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Data Solutions Architect to design and lead modern data and AI-driven solutions. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data/AI engineering teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise and domain-level data architectures and data models
- Guide data engineering teams on best architecture and integration practices
- Work closely with business, AI, and analytics teams to deliver data solutions
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance in all data products
- Define standards, patterns, and best practices for modern data platforms
- Evaluate and implement new data and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
- Support data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and data solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and modern data stacks
- Experience with AI, analytics, and data integration
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, GDPR, data privacy)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Background in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with global teams (India)
