Job Description:
Developing data analytics projects that gather and integrate data, perform analysis, interpret results, and provides actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company.
Acquiring data from multiple data sources to perform analysis and develop high performing, maintainable, production quality solutions.
Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, T-SQL, DB2 and SQL Server
Recognize business requirements and devise a solution to meet data requirements
Collaborate with IT teams and business experts to implement data-driven policies and initiatives throughout the enterprise
Gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
Manage and use the Tableau platform to gain valuable insights
Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights
Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) using Tableau and Power BI with specific objectives and track them regularly
Create reports using a variety of graphical and data modelling techniques
Create new KPIs and monitor them consistently in datasets
Gathering and normalizing data from multiple data sources. Create, test, and publish dashboards and reports, as well as schedule refreshes
Define access controls and put security measures in place as needed
Accurately drill deep into data and generate reports, actively control Tableaus performance and usability to get the desired outcome
Designing wireframes and beta dashboards with an emphasis on user experience, consistency, and visibility
Enhance the whole process of data management, collecting, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management
Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions.
Troubleshooting any data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources
Keep an eye on reports and dashboards and make any required modifications
Demonstrated expertise in developing and operating Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics
The ability to query and show massive data sets while optimizing workbook performance
The ability to decipher technical or dashboard structure and translate complicated business needs into technical specifications
Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions.

Primary duties will focus on developing, maintaining, testing, deployment/rollout, and bug fixing in Web FOCUS.
Experience in full implementation life-cycle of application design, development, implementation and rollout, and handling post-production support.
Be able to deliver parameter driven reports, charts, and graphs through the Intranet.
The selected individual must be highly motivated and have skills in web development life cycle, database knowledge, and SQL experience.
Execute test procedures to insure completeness and quality of reports.
Ability to work with project managers to ensure all business requirements have been met.
Candidate should have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on time.
Strong experience in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions in Power BI and Tableau for SLX clients.
Strong experience in Power BI dashboard design and development with end-to-end implementation.
Working closely with business users to gather requirements and create reports/dashboards based on the requirements collected.
Translating business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
Confident and able to work remotely with minimum supervision and delivery oriented.
Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set.
Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS.
Create and maintain Tableau reports
Think out of the box to create AI based reporting solution using Power BI
Skills:
Exceptional data visualization skills
Strong experience in Power BI and Tableau
Experience in Web FOCUS Report Development.
Knowledge of T-SQL, MS SQL Server, SQL Query Scripting, SSIS, DWH Concepts, Jira, GitHub
