Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain document templates using OpenText Exstream.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Create and manage data-driven document solutions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Integrate Exstream solutions with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data feeds).

  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance on developed templates and document output.

  • Support production deployments and post-deployment monitoring.

  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and technical teams.

  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization of document generation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3 7 years of experience working with OpenText Exstream (Dialogue, Design Manager, Live Editor).

  • Strong knowledge of document composition workflows and customer communications management (CCM).

  • Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL, JavaScript, and integration techniques.

  • Familiarity with version control systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
