Salary : 120k to 140k + Commission
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
New Business Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within the target market or territory.
Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, etc.).
Consultative Selling: Lead discovery sessions with senior executives, identify business challenges, and articulate the value and ROI of Kanverse & Jade Global .
Collaborative Approach: Partner with internal sales & Delivery teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.
Deal Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle proposals, ROMs, SOWs, and change requests through to closure.
Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly booking forecasts.
Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events to drive awareness and demand.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
Proven track record in sales and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and create proposals
