We are hiring for Business Development Manager (BDM) IT Solutions and Staffing

  • Preferably who can work on Hybrid (2 day onsite per week).
  • Extensive sales experience in a services environment preferred.
  • Experience as an Account Manager in an IT staffing & solutions company
  • Strong Technical Staffing experience preferably in IT is preferred
  • Identify new Clients/Prospects & Generate Leads for providing staffing solutions.
  • Able to manage full-life cycle sales program including research, cold-calling, relationship building, overcoming objections & developing new customers within existing client companies as well as new client companies.
  • Business Development Manager will be responsible for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure delivery to customer requisitions.
  • Working on C2C (Contract), C2H (Contract to Hire) and Fulltime/Permanent positions.
  • Negotiating the Payments Terms.
  • Making submittals at a competitive rate and as per the proposed budget.
  • Arranging Interview Schedules.
  • Client-driven approach & follow ups with Client.
  • Getting the Contractual Agreements/Paperwork from the client.
  • Delivery of the consultant to the client.
  • Maintain/Build good relationships with existing clients/prospects.
  • Assigning the requirement to the hiring team.
  • Monitoring the Recruitment Team to identify the suitable candidate.
  • Getting the candidate s profile screened based on the Job Requirement.
  • Coordination with the onsite and offshore teams.
  • Fetching candidates from Database.
  • Searching of candidates from job portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster and Tech Fetch
  • Make sure the payments flow on time.
