Job Details

Job Title: Architectural Integration Lead
Location: Seattle, WA

About the Role

We are hiring a Domain Architect with strong expertise in leading architectural integration across medium to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with the Procore platform or with integration frameworks involving platforms such as Ariba. You will be responsible for developing scalable architecture, guiding technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement architectural frameworks that integrate Procore with other construction management systems and tools.

  • Mentor development teams on best practices and design adoption tailored to project and client needs.

  • Conduct technical evaluations of integration standards (including cloud-based integrations).

  • Draft detailed Interface Control Documents (ICDs) specifying data elements, formats, and inter-system protocols.

  • Ensure integration architectures align with security, scalability, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Construction domain experience: Minimum of 7 10 years.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Procore or experience designing integrations with Ariba (catalogs and service contracts).

  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks: TOGAF, DODAF, Macroscope, Zachman, ArchiMate, FEAF, Activate.

  • Strong experience in creating technical design diagrams using Visio or other modeling tools.

  • Proven ability to mentor teams, perform technical analysis, and lead integration initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of cloud integration technologies and practices.

  • Experience drafting ICDs for multi-system data exchange.

  • Thorough understanding of security standards, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience leading Procore implementation projects.

  • Familiarity with customization of construction management platforms.

  • Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities.

  • Ability to analyze and manage complex integration scenarios.
