Who we're looking for
We are looking for Lead Software Engineer who can provide hands-on support to SAP FICO along with expertise in GL/AP/AR Payment Banking currently in production, functional enhancement in SAP, and new project implementation.
What you'll be doing
- Work with the business /functional teams setting up future capabilities
- Responsible for design of solutions within SAP, develop, customize, and extend SAP applications
- Responsible for Technical /Release deliverables
- Drive to maintain and support SAP systems and integrated applications
- Works with BA's and developers during the implementation of required functionality and to help team in troubleshooting and resolve sap system issues and performance issues.
- Provide technical assistance for projects and own any risk mitigation plans as needed.
- Gather and define business requirements by working closely with subject matter expects and stakeholders, as well as translating into SAP FICO functional/technical specifications for the system delivery team.
- Understand SAP configuration/development and provide troubleshooting and resolution support.
- Mentor other business functional analysts and tech developers, including peer reviews, as needed in driving system/testing requirement and system design
What you bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO as a developer
- Expertise in design thinking to come up with innovative designs/solutions in S4 HANA
- Expertise in FI-GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets modules
- Experience in SAP Private and Public Cloud versions with SAP S4HANA 2021 and above.
- Expertise in SAP integrations with homogeneous and heterogeneous systems.
- Experience with 3 or more years of Middleware software systems - Especially SAP Ariba, using SAP BTP Integration suite, Cloud Connectors, PI/PO, ABAP Proxies, Webservices, RFC, IDOC, SOAP, REST, Web Services and OData Services.
- Build and expose OData Services to support SAP Fiori applications and external system integrations.
- Develop and enhance custom SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, guided by UX best practices.
- Experience in developing advanced CDS Views, Fiori applications, AMDP Procedures, and custom logic particularly in Finance GL, AR and AP modules.
- Develop advanced analytical capabilities by levering CDS views, SAP Analysis of Office, Fiori Analytics Apps
- Perform Code Reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and security protocols.
- Engage with non-SAP technical teams in designing and developing fully integrated solutions based on the industry's best practices of the industry.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including integration with other SAP modules.
Added bonus if you have
- 5+ years of experience in full implementations in FI/CO, GL, AR and AP Application Development.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP, ODATA, UI5, SAP CPI, AIF, Workflow, Web Dynpro and CDS views
- Staying abreast of the latest SAP technologies and offerings
- SAP Certifications in HANA , S/4HANA Finance or Fiori Development
- Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps tools
- Familiarity with FPSL and PaPM .
- Familiarity on Rise with SAP
- Great understanding of MFIN data architecture and API technologies in supporting the implementation highly of scalable SAP data interfaces with external heterogenous systems/platforms in the cloud
