Corticon Rules Developer with Strong Eligibility Systems (EDBC) Exp.

Fort Collins, CO (Onsite)

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Industry Experience: Prior involvement with integrated eligibility systems is necessary.
- Technical Expertise: At least two years of professional experience in the development of business rules using the Corticon Rules platform.

Desired Additional Qualifications:
- Domain Knowledge: Familiar with policies related to state-administered public assistance programs.
- Technical Proficiencies: Experience with SQL, a background in welfare case management or eligibility platforms, and a working understanding of Unix and WebSphere.
- Agile Involvement: Previous participation in Agile- or Scrum-based project teams is valuable.
- Corticon Experience: Minimum of two years each in (1) Rules Modeling within Corticon, and (2) establishing Corticon vocabularies and Data Contracts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rule Authoring: Develop, model, and manage the business rules flows using the Corticon environment.
- Optimization: Utilize Corticon's modeling tools to streamline, validate and optimize business rules.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to the operation of the Corticon Business Rules Server, utilizing log insights and exception data.
- Technical Design: Synthesize functional and non-functional project requirements to architect comprehensive technical solutions.
- Foundation API: Preferably possessing familiarity with Corticon Foundation API for advanced rule management.
- Communication: Clearly articulate technical concepts and project statuses to both tech-savvy and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Exhibit strong collaborative skills, contributing positively to team dynamics and sharing knowledge proactively.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as delegated by the company management to support project goals.
