Job Details

As an UX Designer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Experience: - 10+ Years

Location: - Remote / EST times

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Min 5-year experience in delivering UX transformed output.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, product managers and engineers to understand user requirements, business goals and technical constraints, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI design.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understand requirements and come up with UX Design. Work closely with application development teams to support UX requirements throughout the design and development cycle.
  • Responsible for detailed design, effort estimation and delivery within given timelines.
  • Need to come up with wireframes.
  • Need to have very good hands on experience on UX. Work towards developing consistent and high-quality look/feel/function pages.
  • Should have very good communication skills as the person may need to interact with client stakeholders on daily basis.
  • Responsible for scoping, detailed design, effort estimation and delivery within given timelines.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate cross-functional teams on the importance of UX in delivering exceptional products.
  • Experience in leading product design initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating information architecture, personas and journey maps.
  • Experience in Figma/Axure wireframe design or other equivalent tools.
  • Sound knowledge of user interface design process design thinking & latest UI/UX trends.
  • Experience in performing user research, usability testing, field research, design workshops.
  • Experience in task flow analysis, dashboard design.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain design rationale.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our products' user experience.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless implementation of UI designs, addressing any technical challenges or considerations.

Required Skills: - UX Design, wireframing experience, Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
