Description:
Position Summary: The Ankaa Scheduling Coordinator plays a central role in
supporting logistics and operational flow across Ankaa s supply chain network.
While the primary focus is on scheduling inbound and outbound transportation,
this role is designed to be flexible and may include broader support across
supply chain operations, vendor coordination, and process improvement
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
o Manage daily and weekly transportation schedules for Ankaa fleet
and third-party carriers.
o Confirm dock appointments and coordinate with warehouse clerks
and drivers.
o Monitor and update scheduling systems such as Ryder, WMI, and
other scheduling platforms.
Operational Support
o Assist with documentation, appointment confirmations, and load
tracking
Help resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to appropriate
stakeholders
Qualifications
o 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain
coordination.
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple functions.
Preferred Skills
o Familiarity with scheduling platforms and ERP systems (Ryder, WMI).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools
