Please note that this job is on-site only and is a consulting/contract role for 6 months with a possibility for extension.

Hourly Rate negotiable and based on proven experience and skillset.

  • Purpose: OneStream system operational and development support. Design, development, testing and deployment of OneStream solutions, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations. Support admin for OneStream Platform/Products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with the team for quality solutions, business adoption and provide standard implementation methodologies.
  • Functional Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of finance planning and analysis, consolidation processes. Preferred experience in finance data warehouse, analytics, and data integration between systems.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans and user manuals.
  • Problem Resolution: Lead root cause analysis for system issues, document problems and implement long-term solutions.
  • Admin Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • 10+ years experience in IT with at least 4+ years experience working in a OneStream Environment.
  • Background supporting OneStream Products and Platform, including day-to-day operations, technical and functional support.
  • Development skills related to data integrations, transformations, and automations using APIs or other technologies to streamline operations. Support integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, other) in OneStream. Experience with data integration between systems. Maintain and enhance OneStream business rules and member formulas to support complex consolidations, planning and reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate and build logical views, data hierarchies and reporting structures, as well as build and maintain dashboards and cube views in OneStream.
  • Strong understanding of metadata concepts (i.e. cubes, hierarchies, dimensions).
  • System Maintenance: Manage scenario maintenance and perform administrative tasks for critical financial business cycles, including budget and planning.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and modify OneStream solutions based on user specifications.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Develop ad-hoc analyses and reports to support non-standard inquiries and various reporting activities.
  • Maintain and create API connections with internal IT and external vendors to support Financial Consolidations and Planning
  • Administer OneStream security, including governance of meta data, user access, entity structures, data translations, chart of accounts, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and execute OneStream platform upgrades and communicate impacts; create test plans and perform functional testing within OneStream.
  • Advanced Excel, Excel Add-in skills
