R&D Mechanical Engineering Co-Op
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
- This co-op will primarily work with other mechanical engineers but will also interface with electrical engineers and lab technicians;
- Additionally, the co-op will also collaborate with other engineers from other disciplines in larger technical teams.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree;
- Completion of at least second year of a Bachelor degree;
- Coursework in statics, dynamics, statistics;
- Experience working on teams to deliver products;
- Attention to detail,positive attitude, good work ethic;
- Ability to independently troubleshoot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Creo, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MathCAD, Matlab;
- Experience with finite element analysis;
- Medical device classwork.
