Pay Range: $70 - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Experience of 8 plus years with Cloud HCM. Modules– Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules. Oracle Cloud Experience is must - US and Canada.
• Skillful and hands-on experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, HSDL Loads
• Skillful and hands on experience on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Custom payroll flows
• Could be able to explain and walk-through Oracle templates with the client.
• Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules – Using both FSM and BPM
• Experience working with API Calls and work experience in building integrations using OIC
• Experience in building Payroll, Benefits, Absences and OTL Fast formulas.
• Exposure in creating Custom roles and auto provisioning rules.
• Knowledge on building Application extensions using VBCS.
• Familiar with SSO Configurations with various IDP Providers
• Implementation experience of Fusion Cloud relevant of 3 to 4 Years nice to have.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore model w/ experience working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines.
• Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for DataMigration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts.
• Good understanding of HCM Business Processes
• Experience with ticketing system like Service Now, JIRA, etc.
