Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and maintain backend services and databases using Ruby on Rails.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
