Position: Jr. Content Writer (16061)

Location: Hybrid Pensacola, FL (Onsite 2x/week)
Pay: $17.00 $22.00/hr (W2 with PTO/PTA)
Category: HR | Business Unit: Enterprise Learning 3

Position Overview

The Jr. Content Writer will support the Enterprise Learning team by auditing, maintaining, and streamlining content and documentation within our learning systems. This role combines content management, process improvement, and light automation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in enterprise learning operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and maintain the catalog of enterprise learning materials.
  • Reconcile content catalog data with the employee-facing learning management system (LMS).
  • Build and manage SharePoint Lists integrated with Microsoft Forms.
  • Create automation workflows and triggers using Power Automate (preferred).
  • Develop and maintain clear naming conventions and documentation standards.
  • Assist in process automation to ensure timely content reviews and approvals.
  • Ensure all final approvals are properly captured and stored.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Forms.
  • Understanding of content organization and naming conventions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience with content or catalog management systems.
