RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.
Overview:
The client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead the Customer Journey Flow Mapping initiative across multiple business units - including Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, and VPS.
This role focuses on discovery, documentation, and visualization of end-to-end customer journeys - from lead acquisition through renewal and advocacy. The work is technology-agnostic and will serve as the business blueprint for future marketing automation programs. This is a very senior level role and will be working closely with executive stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10+ years as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in Customer Lifecycle and Marketing Operations
* Skilled in Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro, and documentation tools (Word, Confluence, Google Docs)
* Experienced in leading workshops and facilitating discussions with cross-functional marketing teams
* Familiar with marketing technologies (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, SFMC, Eloqua etc.)
* Excellent written, presentation, and executive stakeholder communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
