Role : Embedded C/C++ Developer
Location : Mossville, IL
Duration : Contract

We are considering only local profiles. Non-local profiles will not be accepted.

Education:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Technical:

5 7 years of embedded software experience if you have masters
4+ years of embedded C/C++ and Linux development.
Experience with datalinks (CAN, Ethernet) and tools (CANape, Wireshark).
Knowledge of real-time systems, debugging tools (e.g., GDB), and version control (Git).

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in robotics, autonomy, or off-highway vehicles.
Familiarity with FMEA processes and electronic failure modes.
Knowledge of Simulink for model-based design.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test embedded software for remote control/autonomous machinery in C++/Linux.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in networking/connectivity features (CAN, Ethernet, etc.).
Collaborate with global teams (3 6 members) in an Agile Sprint environment.
Develop validation plans and work with tools like GitHub, MATLAB, and Simulink.
Ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance with FMEA processes.

Soft Skills:
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse team.

Team & Culture
Team Size: 3 6 engineers (global collaboration).
Key Projects: Advanced networking/connectivity for autonomous machinery.
Work Environment: Office-based with hands-on embedded systems development.
