Business Intelligence/Reporting Analyst

Describe the day-to-day activities/responsibilities of this position:

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Generics Analytics team. This role is critical to supporting strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and performance tracking across our OTC/CPG portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - including Finance, Sales, and Category Management - to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong technical skills in Databricks, SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI, as well as a deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution and generics market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and OKRs.

- Partner with business leaders to translate data into strategic insights.

- Lead analytics for initiatives such as Project Optima, and COPA/FDP reporting.

- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

- Support ad hoc analysis and executive presentations.

- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science.

- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks).

- Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.

- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution preferred.
