    Job description
    Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
    7+ years in ASIC and/or foundry environments (design, verification, fab, packaging, testing).
    5+ years program/project management in hardware/ASIC development.
    Proven track record leading full-cycle ASIC programs (tape-out to high-volume production).
    Expertise aligning cross-functional teams: Hardware, Software, Validation, Operations, and external foundry partners.

    In this role, you ll be the driving force behind high-impact ASIC projects aligning hardware, software, validation, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions at scale.

    Key responsibilities include:
    Managing program timelines, scope, and execution
    Driving communication between technical and executive teams
    Proactively identifying and mitigating risks
    Continuously improving development workflows
