About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Redpoint Interaction Developer or Technical Lead to architect and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade customer engagement solutions using the Redpoint Interaction platform. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a solid understanding of financial services workflows and compliance requirements.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of Redpoint-based solutions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, data-driven marketing and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the design and implementation of Redpoint Interaction solutions across multiple financial products and services.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
- Oversee the development of customer journeys, segmentation logic, and real-time decisioning strategies.
- Integrate Redpoint with enterprise systems (CRM, data lakes, compliance tools, analytics platforms).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, data engineering, and marketing.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams.
- Establish best practices for performance optimization, data governance, and deployment automation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 3+ years in Redpoint Interaction or similar platforms.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex implementations in financial services.
- Strong command of SQL, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with API integrations, real-time data orchestration, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Deep understanding of financial compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, FINRA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Redpoint Data Management (RDM) or similar data orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Background in wealth management, retail banking, or insurance platforms.
- Exposure to customer analytics, personalization engines, or AI-driven marketing tools.
