Project Management Specialist - Contractual & Data Services

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Contractual & Data Services - Project Management Specialist Level 2 to join our team and provide published, production and delivery services for technical products in support of commercial aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Determines document and technical data release requirements based on customer type and contract guidelines.
  • Assists with customer reviews to identify baseline data deliverables and optional product offerings.
  • Responds and resolves customer data inquires.
  • Processes customer data orders and resolves delivery issues.
  • Administers customer access to online technical content.
  • Work directly with Engineering to establish level of effort on engineering analysis.
  • Prepares contracts, pricing quotes and scheduling requirements.
  • Applicable and appropriate credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
  • Supports implementation of new projects and policies.
  • Coordinating across the Customer Support & Engineering organization.
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries concerning products and services provided
  • Monitors and complies with program directives, sales orders, or other requests to ensure external customer contractual agreements are met.
  • Releases final products in digital format or other formats per contract requirements.
  • Coordinates with customers to resolve post-delivery issues.
  • Works under limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Must be willing to support a 24x7 team and work any day/shift as the business needs.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Experience with project management principles to manage simultaneous projects.
  • Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Summary pay range: $80,000 - $86,500.
