Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive system integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to manage test data and organize system interfaces.
- Translate design and user requirements into actionable test cases and scenarios.
- Lead the QA team, overseeing quality throughout all project phases.
- Identify and address user interface gaps and workflow confusions, highlighting potential risks.
- Manage resources, estimate project needs, and report on application health.
- Foster collaboration with project stakeholders, contributing as a thought leader.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with moderate experience in quality assurance practices.
- Ability to prioritize test execution based on risk and impact assessments.
- Proficient in test automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver.
- Experience in Agile team environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and XRAY for test case management.
- Knowledge of service virtualization and automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with requirements tracking in Confluence.
