Job Details
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for two primary objectives. First, the support of multiple, revenue generation programs and processes; and second, the generation and distribution of market performance reports for the subscriber's use and benefit.
A successful candidate will work easily and effectively across multiple internal workgroups and projects, while receiving guidance, and critiques from multiple sources.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in marketing-related activities such as B2B and B2C material preparation, calls and communication with prospects.
- Create digital content as well as inputting that content into communication vehicles such as Salesforce Account Engagement, LinkedIn, Hootsuite and Facebook.
- Prepare PowerPoint and other material for team events, presentations and live events.
- Work cross-functionally to gather information, reporting metrics and project management on behalf of the team.
- Oversee training sessions and provide subscribers with relevant material if need be.
- Manage the client database, contacting clients at times of renewal and to solve problems as they arise.
- Respond to and serve as a liaison between the team and customers, keeping information up-to-date and pertinent information shared with them.
- Gather data for use in client's marketing and sales efforts.
- Review and contribute to the social media team regarding content creation both visual and text elements.

- Access to a comfortable and work-ready home office.
- Availability during West Coast work hours, particularly client's core hours (9:00am to 3:00pm PT).
- Prompt and professional communications with subscribers, colleagues and leadership .
- Learn and become proficient with core client's applications including Pro Dashboard, Listing Management, Matrix, Realist.
- A willingness to learn how to use new tools.
- Strong overall marketing proficiencies in both B2B and B2C product and service offerings.
- A strong working knowledge of sales pipeline generation practices, and the ability to create and follow-up with engagement opportunities.
- A working knowledge in the creation and display of statistical concepts and presentations.
- Experience in email and social media distribution tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce and Hootsuite.
- Possibility of 10% + travel for training and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools, including Outlook, Teams, Share Point and Zoom, is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Strong Proficiency with PowerPoint is desired.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in creating infographics (and other digital assets).
- Experience in real estate or real estate software applications is preferred.
- Sales, account relations, or client support experience is a plus.
