Detailed Job Description

Oversee and manage daily operations of data center facilities, including HVAC, UPS, and generator systems.

Ensure uptime, reliability, and redundancy across all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Manage data center design and layout, including floor space planning, rack elevations, and infrastructure standards.

Conduct capacity planning for power and cooling systems.

Lead system deployment and large-scale asset management initiatives.

Monitor energy efficiency, optimize power consumption, and ensure environmental stability.

Conduct regular physical security checks and ensure compliance with security standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and automation.

Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 6+ years in Data Center Management or Critical Facilities Operations.

Technical Expertise:

o Strong background in MEP systems (HVAC, UPS, Generators).

o Deep understanding of DR and HA infrastructure.

o Proficiency in data center design, physical access control, and capacity planning.

o Experience with power monitoring and network provisioning.

Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale deployments and cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Security: Hands-on experience with physical security audits and compliance requirements.
