Senior React Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior React Engineer in Sunrise, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Senior React Engineer will architect and maintain scalable applications using React and TypeScript
* Develop robust backend services and APIs with Node.js
* Design and implement RESTful APIs to support dynamic frontend functionality
* Enhance backend performance and scalability to support high-traffic environments
* As a Senior React Engineer, you will write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on automated testing, including unit, integration, visual, and performance tests
* Deploy React applications to production using CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
* Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver new features aligned with industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript and React, with deep knowledge of DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Strong grasp of React's core principles and component-based architecture
* Hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js, including API design and implementation
* Proficient with modern JavaScript tooling such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and Yarn
* Skilled in writing automated tests to ensure application stability and reliability
* Familiar with CI/CD pipelines for deploying full-stack applications built with React and Node.js
* Working knowledge of TypeScript is a valuable asset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
