Job Description:

Pay Range: $40.66hr - $45.66hr
  • As a Quality Systems Analyst, candidate will play a key role in transforming procedures to establish the Critical Care Quality Candidateagement System.
  • Candidate will collaboXX with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Candidate will support the setup and training of new Supplier Candidateagement Quality Systems for the new organization and partner with all levels of the organization to drive results, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when necessary.
  • Post spin-off, candidate will support the SQE team to ensure compliance with quality system requirements and drive continuous improvement by working with relevant functions to implement or participate in the implementation of changes.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment in the medical device industry.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Good project management skills and familiarity with related software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiating and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field of study.
