Job Details
Title: ACI Datacenter Engineer
Location: Remote but must be in CST or PST (LATAM is acceptable)
Duration: 6-12 Months CTH
Responsibilities:
Configuration Management: Configure and manage ACI fabric components including spine switches, leaf switches, application profiles, tenants, endpoint groups (EPGs), contracts, and policies.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network-related issues within the ACI fabric and provide timely resolution to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center
Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security principles.
Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI architecture, including fabric discovery, fabric initialization, and fabric operation.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus switches (N9K, N7K, N5K) and Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC).
Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
