Job Details

Role: AIOps Sr Engineer
Richmond, VA
Long Term

Implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Ansible and Dynatrace tools.
Technical leadership of the delivery team.
End to end responsibility for identifying use cases, designing and delivery in staging, production environments and Platform integration
Working on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for customer
Stake holder and Multi-Vendor Coordination.
Deployment and Go Live planning
Coordination with users, Service Management.
Ensuring the Certifications and Technical requirements
Ensuring the implementation of nonfunctional requirements

2+ Years Strong experience in dashboard development
2+ Implementation experience using Orchestration tools (Ex: Ansible, Service Now ITOM, MS- System Center, IPSoft)
