- Contract Layout: Est. "6+ Month Contract" to Possible Perm Hire

- Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 / Hourly Rate
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in security enterprise information systems, networking, systems development, and management lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security-focused efforts, with demonstrated ability to distill complex security problems and drive toward creative solutions while complying with Enterprise policies.
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with popular cloud vendors and technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Cloud, and Oracle OCI
  • 2+ years' experience in assessing information system design, provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running in the cloud and on-prem.
  • Working knowledge of network and/or security technologies
  • Experience in assessing information system design, provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running in the cloud with a strong preference for direct experience with
  • Experience in post-merger integration roles and/or leading cross-functional efforts.
  • Knowledge of application deployment and data migration in various cloud platforms across different regions.
  • Knowledge of leading practices for security design, implementation, and support of public and private cloud services
  • Clear understanding of overall systems architecture and how to leverage specific components.
  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure environments and the challenges associated with Enterprise integration, with demonstrated ability to grasp and contribute to big-picture strategy.

Description
The Cloud Security Integration Specialist serves as a key resource in supporting, enabling, and securing subsidiary/affiliate integrations across all cloud platforms. This individual will be responsible for partnering with Subsidiary Security Governance to assess, develop and execute cloud integration plans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, process-oriented, and self-directed. This individual will have a successful track record of delivering major strategic implementation initiatives in the healthcare vertical with a solid understanding of business needs, and security and compliance requirements.
Essential duties can include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a key resource in support of diligence efforts and integration priorities internally and with the management team of subsidiaries/affiliates.
  • Play a key role to develop and supporting integration strategies in collaboration with Subsidiary Governance and BISO's.
  • Ensure Goals/KPIs of each integration is aligned with Cloud Security objectives.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with Subsidiary Security Governance and key functional executives responsible for integration support & execution.
  • Align with management teams of subsidiary/affiliate companies for mission/objectives/goals and agree the resource level to achieve the goals for integration phase on behalf of Cloud Security.
  • Support the risk management process by helping to determine and assign risk impact ratings and prioritize remediation efforts in accordance with accepted Risk Management and Cloud Security Reference Architecture Frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance of security configurations for cloud solutions and aid in providing clear and concise processes and procedures for the implementation and enforcement of system security configurations.
  • Continually develop and refine best practices for integration consistent cloud security requirements.
  • Proposes opportunities to improve security outcomes and reduce risks based on targeted or continuous assessments in alignment with zero-trust objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Supports activities, process, and tools needed to improve overall security posture of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance of security configurations for cloud solutions and aid in providing clear and concise processes and procedures for the implementation and enforcement of system security configurations.
  • Conduct process reviews of the management, operational, and technical security controls employed within or inherited by an information system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.
  • Support initiatives to secure cloud solutions by specifying methodologies; implementation and calibration; preparing preventive, detective, and reactive security measures, and support documentation.
  • Identifying, communicating, and mitigating security risks in on-premises or hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
  • Provide security focused solution guidance to business and IT partners and participate in broader information security governance activities.
  • Propose opportunities to improve security outcomes and reduce risks based on targeted or continuous assessments.
