Job Details

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead Generative AI initiatives and build production-grade LLM solutions on Azure. The ideal candidate has strong experience in traditional ML along with hands-on expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering

  • Build AI evaluation frameworks (DeepEval, Ragas, etc.)

  • Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines on Azure following MLOps best practices

  • Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems

  • Implement Responsible AI (bias detection, guardrails, hallucination mitigation)

  • Optimize ML and GenAI models for performance and accuracy

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams

  • Mentor junior AI/ML engineers

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of AI/ML development experience

  • 1–2+ years of Generative AI / LLM production experience

  • Strong Python programming skills

  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

  • Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services

  • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning

  • Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, DevOps

Preferred Skills:

  • LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen

  • Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search

  • Docker, Kubernetes, AKS

  • Terraform, MLflow, Weights & Biases

  • NLP, CV, or Multimodal AI experience
