We are looking for a Evergreen Deployment Technician for our client in Charlotte, NC
Job Title: Evergreen Deployment Technician
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.
- Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly), imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
- Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
- The computer refreshes will take place at each end user s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
- Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
- Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
