Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to end users in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop systems, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, including password resets and user permissions.
Troubleshoot and repair desktop hardware, ensuring all workstations are fully operational.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 operating systems across company devices.
Perform imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with team members to support approximately 425 employees nationwide.
Ensure all technical support tasks are completed with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Maintain clear communication with end users to address concerns and provide exceptional service.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct prescreening processes as required, adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory, including account setups and permissions.
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware maintenance and repair.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 installation and configuration.
Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with end users and team members.
