Job Details
As a Senior SAP Succesfactor Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Experience with various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning
- Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and learning. .
- Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing.
- Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Skills
Ideally you will be an SAP Successfactor Consultant with:
- A minimum of 5+ years of Successfactor Employee Central experience
- Detailed oriented personality
- Ability to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, troubleshoot system issues, and create documentation
- Good English communication skills is a must
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) are often preferred but not mandatory
