Job Details

As a Senior SAP Succesfactor Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Experience with various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning
  • Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and learning. .
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing.
  • Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Skills

Ideally you will be an SAP Successfactor Consultant with:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of Successfactor Employee Central experience
  • Detailed oriented personality
  • Ability to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, troubleshoot system issues, and create documentation
  • Good English communication skills is a must
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) are often preferred but not mandatory
