What does a successful Technical User Experience Design - Advisor do?At Fiserv, we are at the forefront of financial services technology, transforming the way our clients do business. As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.

What you will do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
• Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in user experience design.
• 3+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• 3+ years of experience in HTML and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $158,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
