Onsite in Miami, FL

Client: Kaseya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements.
  • Create and maintain Business Process Flow Diagrams using tools like Lucidchart to visualize integration workflows.
  • Write clear and comprehensive Functional Specifications for integration features and enhancements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Integration Inventory, tracking all active and planned integrations.
  • Participate in Jira story reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of integration-related user stories.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with overall product strategy and technical architecture.
  • Manage work product Delivery expections and commitments with leadership team/Steakholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or integration-heavy environment.
  • Proficiency in Lucidchart or similar tools for process modeling and diagramming.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into functional specs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to review and critique user stories for clarity, completeness, and technical feasibility.
  • Experience maintaining documentation and inventories for integration systems or APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with APIs, middleware, or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Experience working within a BIS (Business Integration Services) ecosystem, including:
    • Salesforce
    • MuleSoft
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle Fusion / HCM
  • Understanding of data flow between systems and basic knowledge of databases or data mapping.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., CSPO) or Business Analysis is a plus.
