Overview

We re looking for a seasoned Senior .NET MAUI Developer who is passionate about building reliable, high-quality mobile and web-enabled applications. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of application development, enjoys solving tough technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering smooth, stable, and user-friendly experiences. You ll work closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to help shape and ship features that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
* Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain web components or admin portals using ReactJS, when required.
* Partner with product teams to turn requirements into intuitive, polished features.
* Integrate essential third-party services such as analytics, payments, mapping, crash reporting, and push notifications.
* Build clean, reusable components and participate in regular code reviews.
* Diagnose and resolve issues on both iOS and Android, ensuring strong performance and stability.
* Improve app startup time, memory usage, and network performance.
* Work with backend teams to consume REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and other services.
* Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude AI to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.
* Help shape technical direction, architecture, and best practices.
* Mentor other developers and provide guidance when needed.
* Support release management, CI/CD workflows, and app store submissions.
* Monitor app health using tools like App Store Connect, Google Play Console, New Relic, or similar platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

* 6+ years of application development experience, with strong expertise in .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
* Solid understanding of C#, .NET, MVVM, dependency injection, and async programming.
* Working knowledge of ReactJS for building or supporting web-based user interfaces.
* Strong understanding of iOS and Android lifecycle behaviors.
* Experience integrating SDKs such as Firebase, Braze, AppsFlyer, or similar.
* Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
* Familiarity with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, or similar tools).
* Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong debugging skills and experience with crash analysis and resolution.
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience modernizing Xamarin apps to .NET MAUI.
* Experience with analytics dashboards and telemetry instrumentation.
* Experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack.
* Exposure to AI-driven development workflows and prompt-based coding assistance.
