We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team Remote in the United States (US).

Project Overview:
Generics Discovery Initiative. Campaign Management & Masters Web Strategy. Looking for a Project Manager to support the PPM reporting initiative. The Project Manager (PM) will be providing leadership and reporting. The PM will be accountable for traditional PM artifacts and responsibilities including scope, schedule, risk/issue management, and project dependencies, including rolling up of sprints and sprint objectives into larger reportable milestones. The PM will need to work in a matrix, multi vendor environment while holding business and technical teams aware of and accountable to their commitments to the business. Gaining, maintaining, and managing alignment and consensus regarding competing priorities will be a key to PM success.

Job Description:
  • Driving collaboration, alignment and integrated delivery for a given project/initiative.
  • Document scope, timeline, resource plan, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage all issues and risks on the project; escalate items timely.
  • Ensure that all the project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within cost.
  • Communicate and maintain project progress and decisions via meetings and status reports on a regular basis and on demand based on stakeholder need.
  • Establish and manage realistic and committed project schedules; taking into consideration deadlines, dependencies, resources, and costs when making changes and decisions to schedule.
  • Ensure that the Project Team shares a common understanding of the project, that adequate resources are being applied consistent with the set timeframe.
  • Adjust project management approaches as needed, based on shifting stakeholder priorities, industry best practices, and professional judgment.
  • Use of technologies: Microsoft: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Jira, Planview, Smartsheet.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Must have minimum 1 year of Planview experience.
  • Experience with Campaigns or Web Strategies considered an asset
  • Experience with PM Tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Teams, O365, Planview.
  • Experience coordinating/working in a Matrix environment.
  • Experience managing projects in a hybrid methodology project execution environment.
  • Experience in project management through all facets of project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this Remote role is $50.00 - $64.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
