Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of technology required to support the operations of the TSV Enterprise including hardware and software upgrades and support of operations and administration of company functions across all sites.

Oversee the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, to include the directing of others to accomplish key tasks, when necessary.

Provide disaster recovery support, troubleshooting, and system recovery, as needed.

Engage with third party vendors and higher-level support including Textron Information System (TIS) to provide support for operations, systems, and products.

Engage users in the advancement of technology systems and solutions to include working with a variety of teams and groups to help research, implement, and support systems.

Provide recommendations, innovation, and where possible, automation approaches to the support, systems, and tasks, while leveraging existing resources.

Manage the purchasing and inventory of required IT supplies and assets, as needed for operations.

Ensure that equipment is maintained responsibly while also performing system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of systems and key processes.

Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.

Education: Bachelors in Information Technology or related field required

Years of Experience: P2: 3 or more years of experience required; P3 6 or more years of experience required

Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, VMware, Microsoft Windows Server required
