Job Title- Cerner Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)- Analyst/Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cerner RCM Analyst/Developer with hands-on experience in Cerner s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) modules and proficiency in Cerner Command Language (CCL).
The role will focus on building, enhancing, and supporting data extracts, reports, and workflows that optimize revenue cycle operations across patient access, billing, claims, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain CCL scripts for data extraction, reporting, and process automation in the RCM module.
Collaborate with revenue cycle, billing, and finance teams to gather requirements and design reporting solutions.
Build ad hoc queries, scheduled jobs, and batch processes to support operational and regulatory needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing scripts, reports, and extracts.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards while handling PHI data.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of RCM enhancements and upgrades.
Work with cross-functional teams to support interfaces between Cerner DAAC/RCM and downstream financial systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Cerner Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) modules (Patient Accounting, Billing, Claims, Cash Posting, etc.).
Proficiency in Cerner Command Language (CCL) for custom reporting and data extraction.
Knowledge of Cerner DAAC schema and common RCM tables (ENCTR, FIN, CHG, PAY, etc.).
Experience with ODBC/JDBC/ETL tools for integrating Cerner data into external systems.
Familiarity with SQL concepts, relational databases, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
