Job Details

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Change Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
  • Experience working with structured change methodologies (e.g., communications, engagement, readiness).
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and PMs on change adoption strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish delivery standards and produce high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders; public/education sector background preferred.
  • PROSCI, CCMP, or similar certification highly preferred.
