Job Details
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Change Management, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
- Experience working with structured change methodologies (e.g., communications, engagement, readiness).
- Proven experience advising senior leaders and PMs on change adoption strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to establish delivery standards and produce high-quality outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders; public/education sector background preferred.
- PROSCI, CCMP, or similar certification highly preferred.
