Job Details
5 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
Strong hands-on experience in BSI Tax Factory and US tax compliance.
Proven experience with SAP Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation is a strong plus.
Excellent understanding of wage type configuration, payment models, and benefit deduction integration.
Experience with HRSP (HR Support Packs) implementation and testing.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills to work with technical and functional teams.
