Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support and enhance SAP implementations for a leading organization in Bloomington, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical SAP expertise and experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical solutions

  • Configure, customize, and support SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or ABAP (based on role)

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams

  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing SAP production support

  • Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation

  • Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations

  • Ensure SAP best practices and compliance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience

  • Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, Basis, BW, etc.)

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore model

  • Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, IL (2 3 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification(s)

  • Experience with integrations, IDocs, BAPIs, or APIs

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, insurance, finance, or healthcare industries

  • Agile or SDLC experience
