Job Details

We are seeking a Product Owner with strong healthcare payer/insurance experience to drive the roadmap and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role will bridge business needs and technical teams, ensuring that Health Cloud capabilities are effectively leveraged to support payer operations, member engagement, and care management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Salesforce Health Cloud product backlog for payer-focused initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements.

  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Partner with Salesforce admins, architects, and developers to deliver solutions.

  • Ensure Health Cloud solutions meet healthcare compliance and data security standards.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for payer/insurance processes such as claims, eligibility, member management, and utilization management.

  • Track KPIs and outcomes to measure solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in healthcare domain, specifically payer/insurance space.

  • Proven background as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in Salesforce or healthcare systems.

  • Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and use cases.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

  • Salesforce or Product Owner certifications are a plus.
