Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize DB2 LUW databases in a high-availability production environment.
  • Implement and manage HADR (High Availability Disaster Recovery) configurations.
  • Support and troubleshoot data replication technologies, including CDC (Change Data Capture) and Attunity.
  • Assist in performance tuning, backup/recovery strategies, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Support data modeling initiatives and assist with database design best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with DB2 LUW database administration.
  • Proven experience with HADR implementation and management.
  • Proficiency with replication technologies such as CDC or Attunity.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
