Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior RPA Developer with over 13 years of IT experience and a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UI Path and Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and strategic knowledge of automation tools, strong design and development experience, and proven delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation.

This role demands hands-on development skills, solution architecture knowledge, and the ability to lead end-to-end automation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable RPA solutions using UI Path and Automation Anywhere
• Gather business requirements, assess process suitability for automation, and define automation strategy
• Lead RPA assessments, PoCs, solution architecture, and implementation roadmaps
• Develop custom components, reusable libraries, and integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents (SDD), PDDs, and deployment plans
• Implement exception handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms in bots for robust production support
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to manage RPA environments, bot provisioning, and scheduling (Orchestrator, Control Room)
• Perform bot code reviews, enforce RPA governance, and ensure best practices and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performance bottlenecks and failures
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives

Core Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on expertise in UI Path (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
• Proficient in Automation Anywhere A2019 / v11+ (Control Room, Bot Creator/Runner)
• Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, process design, and solution architecture
• Deep knowledge of selectors, data scraping, OCR, document understanding, and AI Fabric / IQ Bot
• Scripting and development experience using VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong database skills SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating bots with REST/SOAP APIs, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), SharePoint, Outlook, Excel macros, etc.
• Hands-on with UI Path Test Suite, Insights, or Automation Hub is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps for RPA, Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of security standards, role-based access, and RPA governance models

Preferred Qualifications:

• UI Path Certified Advanced RPA Developer / Automation Anywhere Certified Master
• Experience in AI/ML-driven automation, document processing, or Intelligent Automation (IA)
• Exposure to Power Automate, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms is a plus
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and containerized RPA
• Ability to conduct RPA COE assessments, ROI analysis, and promote automation across business units

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Certifications in UI Path and/or Automation Anywhere are strongly preferred
