Job Details

Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (US Payroll & SuccessFactors) Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive IT experience in lieu of each year of education.
Minimum 4+ years of IT experience.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support SAP HCM modules with a strong focus on:
US Payroll
SuccessFactors Integration
ESS (Employee Self Service) / MSS (Manager Self Service)
HRSS workflows
Provide functional and technical support for:
Organizational Management
Personnel Administration
Time Management
Payroll transactions
Perform design, problem analysis, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment of HCM solutions.
Develop and manage objects such as WRICEF, IDocs, BDocs, batch processes in HCM.
Ensure smooth integration with third-party tools, SuccessFactors, and SAP Solution Manager CHARM.
Design functional specifications for Web UI, Webdynpro, and Fiori screens.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP HCM US Payroll and SuccessFactors.
Hands-on expertise in ESS, MSS, and HRSS workflows.
Experience in WRICEF, IDocs, BDocs, and batch processing in HCM.
Familiarity with SAP HCM functional and technical design.
Knowledge of integration points with third-party systems and SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of Web UI, Webdynpro, and Fiori functional design.
Excellent analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
